Why Choose Adobe Commerce for B2B?
One platform for company accounts, contract pricing, quotes and approvals.
B2B for Adobe Commerce is Adobe's official set of business-to-business features. It is available on Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure, on-premises and Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service. It is not available for Magento Open Source. Trade customers don't have to go through a retail checkout. Every company gets its own account, catalog, prices and approval rules, all managed from the same Admin as your B2C store.
Company Accounts with Roles
Each business gets one company account with a single company administrator, as many users as it needs, and teams organized into divisions. Custom roles control what each user can do, including ordering, quoting, purchasing, managing users, and seeing company credit or the company profile.
Shared Catalogs & Custom Pricing
Build a catalog for each customer group and assign it to one or more companies. Set a fixed price, a percentage discount or tier pricing for quantity breaks. Mass actions let you update many products at once.
Negotiable Quotes
Buyers request a quote from the shopping cart, or your sales rep starts one from the Admin. Both sides add items, update quantities, request and apply discounts, and exchange notes and files until the deal is agreed. The Admin keeps the full history of the negotiation.
Quote Templates for Repeat Deals
Turn an agreed quote into a template with order and quantity thresholds. Buyers then create pre-approved linked quotes from it, so recurring orders don't need a new round of negotiation.
Purchase Orders & Approval Rules
When purchase orders are on, every company order becomes a PO. The company admin sets rules by order total, shipping cost or number of SKUs. An order moves forward only after every required approver signs off.
Quick Order
Buyers who know their part numbers can order in seconds. They can type a SKU or product name, paste a list of SKUs, or upload a CSV file, then send everything to the cart.
Requisition Lists
Buyers save products they order often in requisition lists, up to 999 per account. You can set a lower limit in the Admin. Items go straight to the cart, and the list stays saved for the next order.
Payment on Account
Approved companies buy against a credit line. You set the credit limit and credit currency for each company, and decide whether orders can go over the limit.

Why B2B Companies Work With Evrig
Adobe Silver Partner. 17+ years in Magento. B2B planned around your sales process.
Most B2B stores don't struggle because of missing features. They struggle when the store doesn't match how the business really sells: which customer gets which price, who can approve what, and how an order reaches the warehouse.
That is why we spend the first weeks with your sales, customer service and finance teams. Our Adobe-certified developers then turn those answers into company accounts, shared catalogs, quote workflows and approval rules, and connect them to your ERP. With 250+ launches across 18+ countries, we know where B2B projects usually go wrong, and we plan for it from day one.

Where Adobe Commerce B2B Projects Go Wrong, and How We Plan for It
The B2B features work well out of the box. Problems start when real price lists, real ERPs and real buyers meet them. These are the points we check during discovery, before anyone writes code.
Many Companies, Many Price Lists
Shared catalogs are pricing levels tied to customer groups, and changing a company's shared catalog changes the customer group of all its members. When you have many shared catalogs, Adobe recommends the setting that stores only products assigned to a shared catalog in the price index. We plan the catalog structure and this setting together.
The ERP Owns the Price
Most distributors keep contract pricing and credit in the ERP. We agree with you what syncs on a schedule, such as products, stock and customers, and what must be checked live, such as customer-specific price or available credit, so what buyers see matches the invoice.
Credit Holds and Company Status
A company can be Active, Pending Approval, Rejected or Blocked. Blocked companies can still log in and see the catalog but cannot buy. We connect this status to the credit holds in your ERP, so accounts on hold stop ordering automatically.
Buyers Who Work for Several Companies
Since B2B 1.5, one user can belong to several companies, with a separate cart for each. Adobe also blocks switching companies on a quote, so a price agreed for one company can't be used by another. We test these flows with real company logins.
Quote Checkout with Your Payment Method
Adobe's B2B 1.5.3 release fixed negotiable quote checkout issues with Payflow Pro and PayPal Express. We test quote checkout end to end with the payment method you actually use.
Upgrades and Security Patches
Each B2B release supports specific Adobe Commerce versions, and some Commerce security patches need a matching B2B patch. We plan upgrades as a pair so a patch never breaks your trade channel.

Our Adobe Commerce B2B Development Services
B2B Consulting & Discovery
We map your customer groups, price lists, approval chains and order flow before any code is written. You get a clear scope, a plan for company accounts and shared catalogs, and a timeline you can plan around.
Adobe Commerce B2B Development
We install and set up the B2B features, build your storefront and design buyer journeys for company users. When the standard features don't cover your process, we build custom ones like dealer portals, part finders and bulk order tools.
B2B Migration & Upgrades
Moving from Magento Open Source, Magento 1 or another platform? We move you to Adobe Commerce and set up B2B. Each B2B release supports specific Adobe Commerce versions, so we check compatibility before every upgrade.
Integration, Support & Growth
We connect Adobe Commerce to your ERP, PIM and CRM so prices, stock and orders stay in sync. After launch, we handle monitoring, fixes and new features based on how your buyers use the store.
Is Adobe Commerce B2B the Right Fit for You?
We would rather tell you now than halfway through a project.
A strong fit if you:
- Sell to companies with contract or customer-specific pricing
- Have several buyers per account who need roles, limits or approvals
- Negotiate quotes regularly or sell on credit terms
- Run an ERP that must stay the source of truth for prices, stock and orders
- Sell B2B and B2C and want one platform for both
Probably not the right fit if you:
- Have one wholesale price list and a small number of trade customers
- Don't need quotes, approvals or company accounts
- Are on Magento Open Source and the Adobe Commerce licence isn't justified by your B2B revenue
In these cases, Magento Open Source with customer groups or a lighter B2B extension may be enough. We'll say so on the first call.
Go Live in 6 Weeks with Our Adobe Commerce Accelerator
A tested starting point, so your team isn't waiting months for launch.
If you need a store in front of buyers soon, start with our Accelerator. You get a proven Adobe Commerce setup with search, payments and performance tools already in place. We turn on the B2B features you need for launch, like company accounts, shared catalogs and quick order, and leave room for custom work later.
Weeks, Not Months
Up to 50% faster time-to-market than a build from scratch.
Core Tools Included
Search, payments and performance extensions come pre-bundled.
Lower Build Cost
Less custom work up front means a lower total cost of ownership.
How We Build Your Adobe Commerce B2B Store
Five steps from first call to a store your buyers actually use
1. Discover & Strategy
We learn how you sell today: your customer groups, price lists, approval chains and the systems that hold your data. You get a written scope and timeline.
2. B2B Solution Design
We turn that into company account structures, shared catalogs, pricing rules, quote workflows and approval rules. Then we design the buyer experience for desktop and mobile.
3. Agile Development & QA
We work in short sprints with a staging site you can check along the way. ERP and other integrations are built and tested with your real price lists and customer data. Each role, approval rule and quote flow is tested with real company logins.
4. Phased Launch
We start with a small group of real companies and fix what they find. We train your sales reps on quotes in the Admin, then open the store to all your buyers.
5. Ongoing Growth
Support, upgrades and new features based on how your buyers use the store.
Integrations for Adobe Commerce B2B
A B2B store is only as good as its data. We connect Adobe Commerce to the systems that hold your prices, stock, products and customers, so what buyers see online matches what they get on the invoice.

What Affects the Cost and Timeline of a B2B Build
Every B2B project is priced on the same few drivers. Knowing them upfront is the best way to avoid overruns.
- Pricing logic. One price list is simple. Contract prices per company, calculated in the ERP, take the most work.
- ERP integration. A scheduled sync costs less than live price and credit checks. Older ERPs without a modern API add time.
- Custom features. Dealer portals, part finders and custom quote flows go beyond the standard B2B features.
- Data migration. Companies, users, addresses and order history from your current system need cleaning before import.
- Storefront. Starting from our Accelerator costs less than a fully custom design.
Why B2B projects overrun: pricing rules discovered late, ERP API limits found during testing, and customer data that needs cleanup. Discovery exists to catch these early.
