Your store and your ERP, working from the same numbers
An Adobe Commerce NetSuite integration connects your storefront to your ERP so that orders, inventory, products, customers and addresses move automatically. Evrig's integration pushes orders to NetSuite through RabbitMQ queues, pulls inventory and product changes into Adobe Commerce with delta syncs, and returns order status as your team works the order in NetSuite.
Most integrations fail in three ways. They fail quietly, when an order is dropped or stock drifts and nobody knows until a customer complains. They become expensive to change, because every new custom field needs a developer. And they are hard to audit, because nobody can see what synced and when. We design for all three: failures trigger email alerts and land in a resync grid, product, customer attribute and order status mappings are managed in the Adobe Commerce admin, and every sync is written to a dated log.
Queue-Based Order Sync
Orders publish to RabbitMQ and process in the background, so checkout speed never depends on NetSuite's response time.
Near Real-Time Stock and Catalog
Delta inventory and product syncs from NetSuite keep the storefront current without heavy full imports.
Admin-Managed Mapping
Map product attributes, customer attributes, order statuses, payment methods and shipping methods from the Adobe Commerce admin. New or custom fields are a configuration change, not a development project.
Failure Alerts
When an important sync fails, configured admin users are notified by email straight away.
Failed Sync Grid
Every failed record is listed with its error, so you can review and resync one record or many.
Daily Sync Logs
Every sync is written to a dedicated log for each day, so reviewing and managing the integration is quick.
Sales Rep Attribution
Order data from Adobe Commerce is used to assign the right sales rep in NetSuite.
Order Status Sync Back
When your team acts on an order in NetSuite, the status, shipment and tracking update in Adobe Commerce.

Order, Inventory, Product & Customer Sync
Evrig's Adobe Commerce NetSuite integration syncs four core data flows: orders go to NetSuite through RabbitMQ queues, inventory and products come back through full and delta syncs, and customers and addresses stay matched in both systems. Product attribute, customer attribute, order status, payment method and shipping method mappings are managed in the Adobe Commerce admin, and every failure is captured in a grid so it can be resynced without a developer.
Order Sync (Adobe Commerce → NetSuite, with status returning from NetSuite)
- Each order is published to a RabbitMQ queue when it is placed. Consumers then create the sales order in NetSuite, so checkout never waits on NetSuite's response.
- The sales order carries line items, taxes, shipping, discounts, payment details and the customer reference.
- Payment and shipping: The payment method and shipping method on each order are translated to the matching NetSuite values using the admin-managed mappings.
- Sales rep attribution: Order data from Adobe Commerce is used to set the right sales rep on the NetSuite order, based on rules you define. Commission and pipeline reports in NetSuite then show who really drove the sale.
- Order status sync: When your team acts on the order in NetSuite (approve, fulfil, bill, cancel, return), the matching status, shipment, tracking number, invoice or credit memo is sent to Adobe Commerce. Status mapping is configurable to your NetSuite workflow.
- Queue resilience: Temporary NetSuite downtime, API limits and timeouts are retried automatically. Order spikes wait in the queue instead of slowing the storefront.
Inventory Sync (NetSuite → Adobe Commerce)
- Full sync: A complete stock refresh for go-live, scheduled reconciliation and recovery.
- Delta sync: Only items whose quantity changed since the last successful run are updated. This is what keeps the storefront near real time.
- Result: fewer oversells, accurate "in stock" messaging and no manual stock uploads.
Product Sync (NetSuite → Adobe Commerce)
- Full sync: Import or refresh the whole catalog: SKUs, names, prices, price levels, attributes and status.
- Delta sync: Only records modified since the last run are processed, so price changes, new items and status updates go live quickly without reprocessing the catalog.
- Product fields are mapped in the admin, and you decide which fields NetSuite owns and which stay editable in Adobe Commerce (content, images, SEO).
- Result: one source of truth for product data, with merchandising control left with your team.
Customer Sync (Bi-directional, including addresses)
- New and updated customer accounts sync between Adobe Commerce and NetSuite, matched on email or an external ID to prevent duplicates.
- Billing and shipping addresses sync with default flags and support multiple addresses per customer.
- Result: one customer record across sales, finance and support, and clean address data on every order.

Admin-Managed Mapping
Change what syncs from the Adobe Commerce admin, not from the codebase
Most NetSuite integrations hard-code their field mappings, so every new custom field, customer attribute, order status, payment method or carrier turns into a development ticket. Ours moves the mapping into the Adobe Commerce admin, where your team manages it.
Product mapping
Map Adobe Commerce product attributes to NetSuite item fields. Add a new attribute mapping when you add a new custom field in NetSuite.
Customer attribute mapping
Map Adobe Commerce customer attributes, including custom attributes, customer groups and address fields, to their NetSuite customer fields. Add a new attribute mapping when you add a new customer field in NetSuite.
Order status mapping
Map each NetSuite order stage (pending approval, pending fulfilment, billed, cancelled, returned) to the Adobe Commerce order status your customers and team see, so status updates follow your NetSuite workflow.
Payment method mapping
Map each Adobe Commerce payment method (card gateway, PayPal, invoice or purchase order, and so on) to the NetSuite payment method or account it should post to.
Shipping method mapping
Map each carrier and shipping method in Adobe Commerce to the matching NetSuite shipping item, so fulfilment and freight costs land correctly.
Add or change without a release
New payment and shipping methods, customer attributes, order statuses and new fields of standard types are added as mapping rows. No code deployment is needed for those.
Safe by design
Unmapped values are flagged instead of silently dropped, and the affected record appears in the failed sync grid with a clear reason.
Result: when your catalog, carriers or NetSuite configuration change, your team updates a mapping, not a project plan.
Failure Alerts, Resync Grid & Daily Logs
Know when something fails, fix it fast, and keep a clear record
Email alerts for important failures
- When an important sync fails, an email goes to the admin users you configure in the Adobe Commerce admin.
Resync grid
- Every failed sync (order, inventory, product, customer) is recorded in a grid in the Adobe Commerce admin.
- Fix the cause (for example a missing SKU, unmapped shipping method, invalid address or closed period), then resync one record or mass-resync many. No developer or command line needed.
Daily sync logs
- Every sync is written to the integration's own log, kept separate from the general Adobe Commerce logs and split into one log per day.
- To review a specific day, open that day's log. Orders, inventory, products and customers can be traced from request to result.
- Logs give your team and ours a clear audit trail when someone asks "did this order reach NetSuite?"
Result: failures reach the right people quickly, fixes take one click, and the history is there when you need it.
Evrig + Adobe Commerce + NetSuite
As an Adobe Solution Partner (Silver) with certified Adobe Commerce developers, we build integrations that hold up under real order volume and stay easy to change and monitor. We work with the queue framework, cron, indexers and admin tooling that Adobe Commerce provides, so your integration behaves like part of the platform and not a bolt-on.
Built to Work Across Every Adobe Commerce Edition
Evrig packages the integration as an Adobe Commerce extension paired with an Adobe App Builder app, so the same integration works whether you run Adobe Commerce Cloud or Adobe Commerce Cloud Service (SaaS/ACCS). The extension handles storefront-side hooks and admin configuration; the App Builder app carries the integration logic that runs outside the Commerce codebase, which keeps the integration upgrade-safe on managed and SaaS editions where direct code access is limited.
Adobe Commerce Cloud
Full extension plus App Builder app, with direct access to cron, queues and custom modules.
Adobe Commerce Cloud Service (SaaS)
App Builder app handles the integration logic that can't live in the Commerce codebase, paired with a lightweight extension for admin configuration and storefront touchpoints.
Result: one integration approach that moves with you if you change Adobe Commerce editions, instead of a rebuild.
